About Mylven

Mylven is an online shop for digital goods: game keys, downloadable content, software licences, gift cards, account top-ups and in-game currency. It is run by MYLVEN LTD, which operates mylven.com.

We started Mylven because buying a code should feel unhurried. There are no countdown clocks here and no pressure to decide in a minute. You load a balance once, look around in your own time, and the code you buy is kept on your order slip for as long as you have an account.

How the shop is put together

Mylven works on a prepaid basis. You top up your account balance by card, and every order is paid from that balance. Each top-up is confirmed with its own invoice, and every movement on your balance is listed in the Balance section of your account.

The codes we sell come from established distributors of digital goods. We do not make games or software ourselves; we pass on genuine codes issued for the platform and region shown on each piece.

What we hold ourselves to

• Clear prices in euro, shown before you add anything to your satchel.
• Every faulty or unusable code is replaced or refunded, as set out in our refund policy.
• Unspent balance can be refunded on request.
• Real answers from people who read your message, through our contact form or at [email protected].

Mylven is a new shop. We would rather earn trust order by order than claim it, so if something is not right, please tell us.
