Terms & conditions

MYLVEN LTD · mylven.com

These terms apply when you use mylven.com (“Mylven”), open an account or place an order. The shop is operated by MYLVEN LTD (“we”, “us”). Please read them together with our privacy notice, refund policy and payment terms.

1. Who can use Mylven

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract. You may hold one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our own failure.

2. What we sell

Mylven sells digital codes and vouchers (“pieces”): keys for games and add-ons, software licences, gift cards, account top-ups and in-game currency. Each piece is issued by a third-party publisher or platform and is used under that publisher’s own terms. The product page shows the platform and, where relevant, the region in which a code can be activated. Please check both before you buy.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. A price can change until you complete an order; the price shown on the completion screen is the price you pay.

4. Your balance

Orders are paid from your prepaid Mylven balance. You add funds to the balance in advance, as described in our payment terms. The balance can be used only on mylven.com, cannot be transferred to another person and earns no interest. Unspent balance is refundable on request.

5. How an order is made

When you press the pay button on the completion screen, you offer to buy the pieces in your satchel. The contract is formed when the total has been taken from your balance and the order slip is shown. If a piece cannot be supplied after that, we refund its price to your balance and tell you.

6. Delivery

Codes are delivered electronically: they appear on your order slip in your account and are sent to the e-mail address you give at completion. Most codes are released straight away; occasionally a distributor releases a code later. Details are in our delivery information and service level agreement.

7. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right ends once supply begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost. At completion we ask you to give that consent; delivery of a code begins when it is placed on your slip. This does not affect your rights if a code is faulty — see section 8.

8. Faulty codes

A code must work for the platform and region shown. If it does not, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in line with our refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms.

9. Fair use

You agree to use Mylven in line with our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close an account involved in fraud, payment abuse or misuse of the service. If we close an account that is not involved in wrongdoing, we refund any unspent balance.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for the content, availability or features of a game, service or platform, which remain the publisher’s responsibility, nor for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the law or our service changes. The version shown when you complete an order applies to that order.

12. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which MYLVEN LTD is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Please contact us first through the contact page; most problems are solved quickly that way.
