Acceptable use

To keep mylven.com safe for everyone, MYLVEN LTD asks every visitor and account holder to follow these rules.

Please do not

• pay with a card or account that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to use;
• open more than one account, or use several accounts to take advantage of a promotion more than once;
• open a payment dispute for a top-up or order you made and received, or claim a code is faulty when it is not;
• resell codes bought on Mylven as a business, or buy on behalf of someone who has been refused service;
• use bots, scripts or scrapers to place orders, read prices in bulk or create accounts;
• try to get around security checks, probe for weaknesses, or interfere with the shop’s operation;
• use a code in a way that breaks the publisher’s or platform’s terms, or buy in breach of sanctions or export rules that apply to you;
• send abusive, threatening or unlawful messages to our team.

What we may do

If we have good reason to believe these rules have been broken, we may cancel affected orders, hold a top-up while we check it, ask you to verify that a payment is yours, or suspend or close the account. We act in proportion to the problem and tell you what we have done unless the law prevents it. Any balance that is not linked to the misuse is refunded when an account is closed.
